Thought it would be a nice touch for all you members and potential new members to fill you in on how STS was created and relevant dates.

It was first suggested as a passing comment that a new club could be formed in the summer of 2019, but it wasn't until the 8th November 2019 that circumstances arose that a group of marksmen started seriously talking about forming a new club. The intentions were that a foundation would be laid that took seriously all aspects of safety, training, and safeguarding of it's members.

We looked to the NRA, Home Office, and Local Police for advice and literature to help us. First thing we needed to do was to get ten people committed to the formation of the club with it's intentions at its core.
