About the Event
Spaces for this shoot are limited, and must be booked and paid for in advance via the club's app (if you have not booked a place, you will not be allowed to shoot). Â With limited time at each distance, we are unable to accommodate Probationary Members or any Full Members that do not have a current SCC card (arranged by the club) covering Tesescopic Rifle.
Please be on range by 13:15 for range briefing (you can find out what range and lane(s) we are booked on via the notice board outside he range office, or via the link in the club's app the night before).Â
Ensure that pre zeroing is undertaken prior to this. If you need assistance with zeroing then please contact the Rifle Captain no less than 48 hours prior to the shoot, and we will try our best to accommodate this. Those who are also NRA members and hold a Shooter Certification Card (SCC) don't need to be supervised when using the zero range (but will need to visit the Range Office to purchase a zero target). Members who are either not NRA members and/or do not have an SCC will need to be supervised.Â
Please note: if you are not in target, you will be required to cease fire and re-zero your firearm (for which there will be no club support during the event).
Please ensure you bring your physical SCC card and electronic membership card to the range, as both will need to be viewed prior to being allowed to shoot with the club.
For this shoot there will be 3 x lanes, each with 2 x firing points, and 3 x shooters sharing each firing point.
Range Officer: Simon Fox
Range Assistant: Jade Harwood-Cresswell
You can find the Range Regulations and specific Range Orders for all ranges on the National Shooting Centre website (or via the NSC Bisley Links page of our website).
If any of our members would like to help out and train to become Range Officers or Instructors then please let Simon Fox know so we can start your training to become one or both!
Please note unless you are an NRA individual member you can only pre zero your rifle on the zero range under supervision of a club official Range Officer.
